1. Our Services
DEX Key Maker Dubai offers licensed locksmith services across Dubai, including:

- 24/7 car lockout assistance
- Lock repair and replacement for most vehicle models
We serve all regions of Dubai, including Downtown, Deira, JVC, and surrounding areas, as long as our team can reach you. We aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable support using the latest tools and technology.
2. Booking and Appointments
You can book our services via:

- Contact form on our website
- Direct email
We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, but we may need to reschedule due to heavy traffic, safety issues, or extended coverage zones. If we cannot proceed with a request, we’ll notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution. We reserve the right to decline jobs that may compromise safety or feasibility.
3. Emergency Lockout Services
Lockouts are treated as top priority. We aim to reach you within 30 minutes, though this may vary due to location, road conditions, or high demand. If there’s a delay, we’ll update you and try to arrive as soon as possible. Emergency rates may apply outside regular hours (e.g., midnight or holidays), but any additional charges will be disclosed beforehand.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Before beginning any service, we’ll provide a clear estimate. Pricing may vary for:
- Emergency callouts
- After-hours service
- Special parts or advanced diagnostics
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods (where available). Payment is due upon job completion. A digital or printed receipt will be provided.
If payment is incomplete or disputed, services may be paused until resolved.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance—no fees apply.
If a technician is already en route, a small call-out fee (typically 50 AED) may apply.
Refunds may be granted in cases where:
- We are unable to complete the job
- There is a clear service failure
All refund decisions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 10 business days, via the original payment method.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Client
To ensure smooth service, please:
- Provide accurate contact information and location
- Be available at the agreed time and place
- Provide proof of vehicle ownership (if unlocking is requested)
We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect the requester lacks legal authority. Clients must also maintain a safe environment for our technicians. Unsafe or hostile conditions may result in service cancellation.
7. Service Limitations
While we strive to resolve your issue in one visit, limitations may arise:
- Required parts may be out of stock
- Lock mechanisms may be damaged beyond field repair
- Uncontrollable delays (e.g., weather, traffic, supplier issues)
We’ll keep you informed and return only with your consent if a follow-up visit is needed.
8. Warranty and Liability
Most services come with a 30-day warranty. If the service or product fails within this period due to workmanship, we will fix it free of charge.
Limitations:
- Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
- We are not liable for damage caused by unrelated events (e.g., theft after job completion, accidental loss)
- We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed work, lost income)
9. Intellectual Property
